iacua:ISI <br />The rents may be increased at the Property up to 50% of Area <br />Median Income. Prior to the levying of any rent increase, <br />Jamboree will provide a minimum 60-day notice instead of the <br />statutory 30-day notice. <br />This Commitment contains the entire understanding between New Owner and the City <br />with respect to the Assumption, supersedes all prior oral or written communications, and <br />may,not be modified or waived except in writing, and signed by the party to be bound <br />thereby. This Commitment and all Assumption documents shall be governed by <br />California law. This Commitment is personal to New Owner and is not assignable or <br />transferable by New Owner.
