Approve the City's membership in Independent Cities Risk <br />Management Authority's Excess Pool Liability Program from July 1, <br />2019 to June 30, 2020 with member contribution not to exceed <br />$2,300,000. <br />b. Approve the City's membership in Independent Cities Risk <br />Management Authority's Excess Pool Workers' Compensation <br />Program from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 with member contribution <br />not to exceed $612,000. <br />c.
