2. Award a contract to Foddrill Construction Corporation, the lowest <br />responsible bidder, in accordance with the base bid in the amount of <br />$579,378, for the term beginning upon execution of the contract and <br />ending upon project completion, for construction of the New Lighting at <br />Six Parks Project, and authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the <br />Council to execute the contract, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney. <br />3.
