August 12, 2019 <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Risk Management Division <br />20 Civic Center Plaza, 4th floor <br />Santa Ana, CA 92702 <br />This letter is in regards to the ASAUA - Final T&E Agreement for the purpose <br />of Automotive Insurance and Worker's Compensation. <br />Elite Command Training (ECT) does not hire employees; rather we <br />contract our instructional services through private contractors. Therefore, <br />we are not required to obtain Workers Compensation Insurance as <br />defined within the State of California Labor Code. <br />ECT hereby releases the City of Santa Ana of any automobile liability. ECT <br />does not use or drive any company owned vehicles during the course <br />and scope of the instruction and training. In addition, we do not own any <br />company vehicles and have no plans to change that status.
