HISTORIC EXTERIOR MODIFICATION APPLICATION NO. 2018-18 TO ALLOW <br />EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 200 NORTH MAIN <br />STREET, A LOCAL LANDMARK, HISTORICALLY KNOWN AS THE BUILDERS <br />EXCHANGE BUILDING – LH 200 N MAIN STREET, LLC, APPLICANT. <br /> <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on March 25, 2019 and notices <br />mailed on March 25, 2019. <br /> <br />Case Planner Gomez provided a project description. The applicant spoke in support of the <br />matter. <br /> <br />Chairperson Christy opened the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />The following individuals expressed concern with parking; nearby residents will no longer <br />have access to the subject property’s parking lot. <br /> <br />• Yvonne Flores <br />• Michael Franco <br />• Allen Moon <br /> <br />There were no other speakers and the hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Commission inquired about the parking issues. Commission was informed that the owner <br />has the exclusive right and easement to use all 60 parking spaces on site.
