<br />REQUEST: Filed by AC 2525 Main, LLC to allow the construction of a 347-unit multi-family
<br />project on a 5.93-acre site located at 2525 N. Main Street in the Professional (P) zone.
<br />
<br />Chair McLoughlin and Commissioners Benavides, Cano, Nguyen and Rivera disclosed that
<br />they made contact with the applicant and community leader, Dale Helvig, to discuss the
<br />project.
<br />
<br />Vice Chair Contreras-Leo disclosed she only made contact with community leader, Dale
<br />Helvig, to discuss the project.
<br />
<br />Case planners Fregoso and Kelaher provided a staff presentation. Commission discussion
<br />ensued regarding parking, intersection modifications, and traffic.
