Newport Circle to renew entitlements of a major wireless communications facility <br />• Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-24: 1544 E. Warner Avenue to allow the sale of distilled spirits <br />• Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-29: 414 W Fourth Street to allow the sale of beer and wine <br />• Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-01; Minor Exception No. 2019-01: 4405 W. Edinger to construct a new community service building on <br />an existing campus, to add 110 seats within the existing church mezzanine and to expand the parking lot to provide additional off-street <br />parking; five existing single-family homes are proposed for demolition and the four lots will be consolidated into one parcel. <br />• Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2019-04: to amend sections of the code prohibiting the establishment of cyber cafes citywide <br />• Conditional Use Permit Nos. 2019-30, 2019-31 and Variance No. 2018-10:301 N. Tustin Avenue to allow a car wash, a retail market less <br />than 20,000 square feet open between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., and to reduce the required yards.
