<br /> <br /> <br />Noise Pollution: <br /> <br />For years, the church has flagrantly and knowingly conducted operations that contribute <br />to noise and disruption in excess, and at all hours of the day and night to the detriment <br />of the neighborhood’s wellbeing. <br /> <br />The causes of the noise pollution generated by the church come from children using the <br />existing parking lot for recreation, which is against the conditions in their current CUP, <br />late night services where the parishioners congregate in the existing parking lot while <br />children yell, and scream in the background, public address systems which are tuned to <br />a level significantly higher than the law allows, and general lack of concern and respect <br />for the neighborhood. At times, these issues have grown so bad that law enforcement <br />has had to come out and enforce noise regulations. <br /> <br />As neighbors, we have addressed these issues directly with the church, however little to <br />nothing has been done to abate the noise challenges.
