It creates bottlenecking in our neighborhood. It creates <br />blind turns due to curves being blocked. Obviously, parking in <br />front of a fire hydrant is an extreme violation. <br /> <br />When church lets out, it is a whole other issue of lingering people <br />in the streets by their vehicles continuing conversations for <br />several moments. Cars will often stop in the middle of the road to <br />greet people on the streets and wave you on to unsafely go <br />around them. Our streets are extremely narrow. When there are <br />cars stacked on either side of the road it nearly becomes a one- <br />way street. <br /> <br />The pedestrian traffic is a major issue when parishioners park in <br />the neighborhood. There are absolutely no sidewalks in our <br />neighborhood. You cannot park many cars in our neighborhood <br />and safely walk. Often there are families with young children <br />lingering about in the street. It is very easy to turn a corner in our <br />neighborhood and be surprised with pedestrians. <br /> <br /> Parking in our neighborhood should be reserved for those <br />who reside in it. <br /> <br />Noise coming from Archangel Michael Coptic Church is <br />obnoxious and disturbing. <br /> <br /> <br />Our residence is the direct next-door neighbor of the home in <br />which the nuns of Archangel Coptic Church reside. Our backyard <br />shares a wall with the parking lot of the church. I have called the <br />police department numerous times about the noise that occurs in
