The following are requirements that will need to be addressed and/or approved by <br />the Orange County Fire Authority prior to issuance of a building permit or grading permit <br />(whichever comes first): <br /> <br />a. Fire master plan (service code PR145) <br />b. Architectural (service codes PR200-PR285) <br />c. Underground piping for private hydrants and fire sprinkler system <br />(service code PR470-PR475) <br />d. Fire sprinkler system (service codes PR400-PR465) <br />Prior to concealing interior construction: <br />a. Fire alarm system (service code PR500-PR520) <br />b.
