The Members of the committee are all independent professionals with ties <br />to the Car Wash & Service Station Industry and Capital Markets. Some of the Members include: <br />Robert Geringer, President Geringer Capital, Investment Bankers <br />Mr. Geringer is an experienced and diversely skilled entrepreneur in a variety of <br />industries, with a particular focus on real estate. He has participated in the <br />management of numerous private and public real estate development companies in <br />various locations across the United States. His business acumen draws upon his <br />years as an accomplished tax and business attorney, whereby he gained practical <br />and legal experience in development, finance, taxation, syndications, mergers and <br />acquisitions, and creative financing solutions to maximize real estate values. <br />Highly experienced in all sectors of real estate development, Mr. Geringer has <br />achieved great success in the development of commercial and residential real estate <br />projects in California, New Mexico, Tennessee and Texas. Mr. Geringer received a <br />B.A. in Economics from UCLA, a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law, <br />and an LL.M. in Tax Law from New York University School of Law. <br />Robert J. Roman, President, RJR Enterprises, Carwash Advisors <br />RJR Enterprises provides consulting services for start-ups and going concerns. The <br />firm specializes in location assessment, feasibility study, strategic planning and <br />opinion of value. <br />Before forming RJR Enterprises, Robert was involved in carwash management and <br />owned and operated carwash, quick oil change and detail shop businesses. Prior to <br />this, Robert was employed as environmental program manager for local and state <br />agencies. <br />Robert holds degrees in Business Administration from University of South Florida <br />and has advanced training in travel demand forecasting, pollution prevention and <br />automotive technology. <br />Robert is also a contributing editor to Auto Laundry News, the carwash industry’s <br />leading trade journal. <br />Ken Green Fuel Pros / Wash Pros <br />Ken Green is currently Vic President of Fuel Pros & Wash Pros has over 30 years of <br />experience in construction, sales, service and maintenance of the service station & <br />car wash equipment business. Fuel Pros & Wash Pros headquarters, warehouse and <br />Central Service Center is located in Chino, CA. <br />Fuel Pros, Inc. (Fuel Pros) is a dynamic, service oriented, construction, <br />maintenance, and testing company committed to providing superior professionalism <br />to all operators of fueling systems, carwashes, convenience stores, and card locks. <br />The Company provides service primarily in Southern California but is proficient <br />throughout the State. <br />The company's Car Wash division has an exclusive Affiliation Agreement with a <br />company founded by Mr. Dadgar called American Carwash Equipment Solutions <br />(ACES) providing ACES technicians and mechanics proficient in the installation and <br />
