DISCUSS AND CONSIDER DIRECTING CITY MANAGER TO DIRECT STAFF TO REVIEW PROPOSED REGIONAL HOUSING NEEDS ASSESSMENT (RHNA) ALLOCATION METHODOLOGY BY THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS (SCAG) — Councilmember Iglesias Council Member Iglesias announced the two public hearings that will be held by the Southern California Association of Governments, and requested that staff provide the information on the city's website to encourage public participation at the hearings. 85C.
