Mr. Burce <br />is coordinating closely with the City of Santa Ana, Santa Ana Unified School <br />District, Heritage Museum, and state and federal agencies. <br />Field Engineer/Assistant Resident Engineer, Santa Ana River Enhanced <br />Recharge Phase 1A Sedimentation Basin and Pipeline; San Bernardino <br />Valley Municipal Water District (Est.
