Water Resources Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition Consultant Support Servicesl RFP No.: 19-066 <br />DYNAC servers, configuration of the RTUs, points, and necessary scripts to ensure PLC to PLC <br />data transfer from Well 16, Well 33 and the Walnut PLC. The project included performing <br />acceptance testing with another City of Santa Ana consultant, who did the actual PLC <br />programming and working jointly with Water Resources staff to create the graphics on the <br />DYNACA HMI. <br />Customer: City of Santa Ana, Water Resources Division. <br />• March 2016: Implement 2 factor authentication (2FA), for the Water Resources VPN used by <br />staff that is on -call or working on field devices when they need to view SCADA to complete <br />their tasks. Implemented a solution that sends a push notification to the Operators mobile <br />phone, which they need to acknowledge in order for the VPN connection to succeed, this is <br />in addition to their user name and password that needs to be entered into the VPN client. <br />The VPN client works on iPhone, Android and Windows computers as required by the Water <br />Resources Staff. <br />Customer: City of Santa Ana, Water Resources Division <br />• June 2014: Implement a new Microsoft SharePoint environment using a DELL R910 Server <br />and VMWare vSphere. XV Solutions built the environment from the ground up. The <br />solution design included the use of: Windows 2008 R2, Microsoft SOL Server 2012, VMWare <br />vSphere, two RAID 5 configurations to optimize VMWare disk 1/0 performance, and 4 <br />network cards to maximize the network throughput from the vSphere host server plus the <br />virtual servers needed to run the software. <br />Customer: City of Santa Ana, Water Resources Division. <br />• August 2014: Implement a SharePoint bulk loading program to add over 25,000 backflow <br />reports to SharePoint. The import required that custom content types be used in <br />SharePoint with customer data fields.
