"Solutions has completed a <br />Support projectfor the City of Santa Ana, Water Department where we <br />programmatically extract the NASSCO ratings from the Access Database and <br />aggregate them into a Microsoft SQL Server. The SQL Server database is <br />then accessed via a custom-built application that allows Water Department <br />employees to query CCTV reports by NASSCO rating and identify the sewer <br />pipe segments that need the most attention. <br />ICU Ticket y The ICU Tickets system is a client -side software application that received <br />Troubleshooting USA DigAlert notifications. The ICU software is an aging 32-bit Microsoft <br />Windows Application. It allows the printing of the tickets and storing of <br />tickets for future use, reference, and for retention compliance. XV Solutions <br />is familiar with this software. In March 2014, XI/Solutions migrated the ICU <br />Tickets software for the City of Santa Ana from an old Windows XP <br />workstation to a new Windows 732-bit workstation <br />Wonderwore <br />y Wonderware Historian is an efficient SCADA historian built on top of MS SQL <br />Historian, <br />Server. The Wonderware Historian uses a product called Dream Reportfor <br />installation, <br />the reporting software component. Dream Report is resold by Wonderware. <br />configuration <br />XVSolutions is trained and certified on the Wonderwore Historian and <br />and ongoing <br />Dream Report. We have previously installed and configured the <br />maintenance. <br />Wonderware Historian far the Water Resources Division and can confidently <br />meet this requirement <br />Design, Install, <br />y XV Solutions has significant experience installing and managing server <br />Manage new <br />hardware. We have previously speed, recommended and implemented a <br />Servers <br />range of server from the lower end Dell R320 server to the higher end Dell <br />R910 Servers and manage the virtualization of existing server to better <br />maximize the utilization of the higher -end server hardware. <br />Additional Requirements: <br />In addition to the above itemized requirements, XV Solutions, also understands there is a <br />need for weekly maintenance to monitor and service Windows Servers, RedHat Servers, <br />VPN, Firewalls, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) backup, desktops, SQL Servers, <br />SharePoint Servers, and provide ongoing end -user support as needed. The weekly <br />maintenance and hourly fees are discussed in the attached Hourly Fee and Monthly <br />Maintenance Schedule. <br />
