APPROVE AN APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT AND AGREEMENTS WITH <br />THE METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND <br />ORANGE COUNTY WATER DISTRICT FOR FUTURE SUPPLY ACTIONS FUNDING <br />PROGRAM MUSSELS STUDY ($122,796 EACH AGREEMENT) {STRATEGIC PLAN <br />NO. 5, 21 — Public Works Agency <br />Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes). <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2020-018 - Recognizing $122,796 in <br />Metropolitan Water District of Southern California Future Supply Actions Funding <br />Program funds into the Public Works Water Revenue, Miscellaneous Recoveries <br />revenue account, and appropriating the same amount into the Water <br />Admin/Engineering Contract Services Professional expenditure account. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement <br />with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California through its Future <br />Supply Actions Funding Program for the Restoration of Local Recharge Sources <br />from Invasive Dreissenid Mussels Study, for the term commencing May 7, 2019, <br />through December 31, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $122,796 (Agreement <br />No. 2019-xxx). <br />3.
