I would like to address some
concerns for our community and families in the area. A big concern is parking I attended the meeting as to Planning and
Building Agency previously . Question was asked to the person that gave the representation for the building how many
parking stalls will there be they said nineteen . My question how many staff members and Dr. will park there out of the
nineteen . How many patients will be seen daily will there be parking available . What is the solution of the overflow if
no parking is available in the facility. Will there be a sign do not park in residential area. There are no speed limits sign on
streets so when one pulls out of facility I'm sure they go at what ever speed they choose to go. Cafe Nho Right next door
414 North Euclid they have a total of 15 parking stalls a capacity of 35 cars parking in the lot of 402 North Euclid this
would be the overflow for residence . Again what is the solution for parking. I have pictures to show of parking situation.
Thank you
Loretta Schwary
Sent from my iPhone
0
