A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2019-26 AS <br />CONDITIONED FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOR ON-SITE <br />CONSUMPTION AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2019-27 TO ALLOW AN <br />ARTISAN/CRAFT PRODUCT MANUFACTURING USE FOR NOBLE ALE WORKS <br />RESTAURANT AND BREWERY LOCATED AT 501 NORTH FRENCH STREET; <br />and <br /> <br />b) Adopt a resolution.
