Rolf Vetter (petition) <br /> <br />Chair McLoughlin opened the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />The applicant, Mariam Soliman, spoke in support and specified the mitigation measures the <br />Church has taken to deter parishioners from parking in the adjacent neighborhood. <br /> <br />The below individuals support the matter. Those in support indicated that they have shown <br />a good faith effort to address neighborhood concerns, project meets City parking <br />requirements, the traffic study has confirmed the project will have minimal impacts on traffic <br />and parking, and the project will benefit both parishioners and the community. <br /> <br />1.
