6.8 Notices. All notices under this Agreement shall be sent to the address here above mentioned. All such notices shall <br />be deemed to be received by the other party on the earlier of (a) five (5) days after the postal date of a written <br />notice, (b) three (3) days after the date of delivery of the courier mail company. <br />
