EXHIBITA <br />City of Santa Ana <br />ATTN: Kathia Reyes <br />9.20-19 <br />Re: Personnel and equipment rates for homeless encampment cleanups. <br />Patriot Envirommental Services is a fall -service environmental company providing hazardous materials spill response, <br />hazardous waste management, and remediation services throughout California, <br />A Patriot will provide all the necessary tools, equipment, supplies, labor, and management to remove hazardous <br />waste and collect debris for disposal at various homeless encampment locations, hazardous waste disposal as well <br />as debris disposal not included in rate proposal and will be assessed on a job by job basis. <br />➢ Patriot will provide packaging and transportation for waste generated at each cleanup location and will be <br />disposing of waste at a licensed TSDF facility, <br />Disposal cost would depend on quantity of debris and presence of Hazardous waste and would be assessed at time <br />of cleanup. <br />➢ Patriot Environmental Services is a 24 emergency response contractor, all rates listed will be honored for <br />emergency call outs as well as scheduled cleanups. <br />➢ Prevailing wage labor rates apply. <br />> Monday -Friday 0700-1530: Regular time for 8 hours, Overtime after 8 hours, Premium time after 12 hours, <br />A Monday -Friday before 0700 and after 1530: Overtime for 0-12 hours, Premium time after 12 hours, <br />Y Saturday: Overtime 0-8 hours, Premium time after 8 hours. <br />➢ Sundays and Holidays: Premium time all day. <br />Minimum Labor crew requirement: 2 personnel (1 supervisor k 1 Tech) <br />Minimum Transportation crew requirement: 1 personnel (truck driver) <br />A Patriot S% energy surcharge will be added to invoice total for each job. <br />Patriot Environmental Services reserves the right to modify, or amend this proposal prior to commencing work. <br />Additionally should site conditions indicate the need for any additional services, Patriot Environmental Services will <br />notify Kathia Reyes prior to incurring any additional charges. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide you with an estimate for the aforementioned services.
