C. That the City of Santa Ana will take ownership of, operate and maintain the <br />Friendship Park and Sustainable Trail Project, once the Project is completed; <br />D. That the Santa Ana City Council certifies that if the Grant is awarded, the City has <br />or will have available prior to the commencement of any work on the Project <br />sufficient funds to operate and maintain the Project. <br />E. That the City of Santa Ana certifies that it has reviewed, understands, and agrees <br />to the General Provisions contained in the contract shown in the Grant <br />Administration Guide: and <br />F. That the Santa Ana City Council delegates to the City Manager or the Executive <br />Director of the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency, or his/her <br />designee, the authority to conduct all negotiations, sign and submit all documents, <br />including, but not limited to applications, agreements, amendments, and payment <br />requests, which may be necessary for the Grant Scope; and <br />G. That the City of Santa Ana will comply with all applicable federal, state and local <br />laws, ordinances, rules, regulation and guidelines. <br />H. That the City of Santa Ana will consider promoting inclusion per Public Resources <br />Code §80001(b)(8 A-G). <br />Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the <br />City Council and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting this <br />Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 15th day of October, 2019. <br />Miguel A.
