Tustin Avenue, and variance; <br />d. To otherwise comply with CEQA in any and all actions in connection with <br />approvals for the Revised Project. <br />e. To stay all actions under the conditional use permit and other City approvals <br />regarding the Revised Project pending final resolution of this action; <br />2. To provide public notice of all CEQA determinations, all public hearings or <br />meetings discussing a CEQA determination in connection with the Revised Project with adequate <br />time for the public to meaningfully participate and to provide notice to businesses and residents <br />within a sufficient radius of the Revised Project so that interested parties may meaningfully <br />prepare and appear to protect their interests, and Respondents may receive important input from <br />the public, including those affected by the Revised Project. <br />13 3. To provide public notice of all CEQA determinations, all public hearings or <br />14 meetings discussing a CEQA determination in connection with the Revised. Project to California <br />15 Native American tribes who have requested notice, including but not limited to, the Gabrieleno <br />16 Band of Mission Indians — Kizh Nation, with adequate time to meaningfully participate, prepare <br />17 and appear to protect their interests in their tribal cultural resources. <br />18 4. For preliminary and permanent injunctive relief prohibiting Respondents from <br />19 taking any further action in connection with the Revised Project pending resolution of this action <br />20 and until Respondents have fully complied with CEQA; <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />5. For an award of costs and attorneys' fees, including but not limited to fees <br />authorized under Code of Civil Procedure section 1021.5; and <br />6. For such other equitable relief that the Court finds just and proper. <br />
