MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br />FOR <br />CENTENNIAL. PARK/SANTA ANA COLLEGE PARK REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br />CEQA Action: Mitigated Negative Declaration (State Clearinghouse # 2019089067) <br />Project Description —The proposed project involves the construction and operation of replacement parklands in lieu of 2.6-acre, CEC Site <br />leased to RSCCD in Centennial Park. The replacement parklands include three park sites, the 6th Street Site, Rain Street Site, and McFadden <br />Site/Pacific Electric Park.'Igre city constructed Pacific Electric Park on the McFadden Site, and the Pacific Electric Park opened in January <br />2018.
