Funding Partners <br />Developer will submit letter identifying lenders, investment <br />and Structure <br />partners, and proof of ability to obtain financing. <br />Updated Pro Forma <br />Developer will submit an updated pro forma for the proposed <br />development. <br />Preliminary Terms <br />Developer will submit preliminary terms for negotiation for <br />for DDA <br />a DDA, to include purchase price of property, timeline for <br />disposition, or other desired terms. <br />By Janyary 15, 2020 <br />Draft DDA <br />Parties will complete negotiations and draft Disposition and <br />Development Agreement. <br />By February 15, 2020 <br />Final Revisions <br />Parties will finalize revisions to development proposal and <br />all relevant materials. <br />By March 3, 2020 <br />City and Hearings <br />Developer and Staff will present development proposal and <br />DDA to City for final review and approvals by governing <br />bodies. <br />EXHIBIT "C" <br />
