C. Such meetings are subject to scheduling in a manner consistent with <br />City operating needs and work schedules, <br />7 6.4 Use of Bulletin Boards, Space shall be made available to CASA on the City's <br />existing employee bulletin boards for the purpose of posting notices <br />pertaining to Association business, subject to the following conditions: <br />A. Material posted by CASA shall not include campaign material on <br />municipal election matters, including elections for City Council, other <br />City positions, or other municipal politiccl matters. <br />B. Material posted is not derogatory to the City, City employees or other <br />employee organizations. <br />C. All materials ore dated, identify CASA and bear the signature of the <br />authorized representative(s) of CASA responsible for their issuance, <br />D. The City reserves the right to determine what reasonable portion of <br />employee bulletin boards are to be allocated to Association materials. <br />E. If CASA does not abide by these provisions; it will forfeit its right to have <br />materials posted on the City's employee bulletin boards. <br />CASA shall not be permitted to post any material that is prohibited by <br />State law or the City Charter. <br />16.5 Use of City Facilities, The City shall allow CASA to conduct meetings in the <br />City's public meeting rooms during non -working hours provided such <br />meetings are scheduled in accordance with regulations governing the use <br />of public meeting rooms at City facilities; provided, however, CASA shall not <br />be permitted to use City facilities to discuss or present any matter that is <br />prohibited by State law or the City Charter. <br />CONFIDENTIAL ASSOCIATION OF SANTA ANA ICASA) MOU: JANUARY 1, 2019 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2022 <br />Page 67 <br />4#10865v2 <br />
