APPROVE A DENSITY BONUS AGREEMENT TO ALLOW A 552 UNIT <br />AFFORDABLE RENTAL PROJECT AT 2110, 2114, AND 2020 EAST FIRST <br />STREET (STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 3, 2; 5, 31 — Community Development <br />Agency; and Planning and Building Agency Planning Commission approved <br />recommended action on June 4, 2018 by a vote of 4-1 (Bacerra dissented). <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />• Lisa Pedersen spoke in support of item. <br />• Elizabeth Hansburg on behalf of People for Housing Orange County, spoke in <br />support of item. <br />• Kimberly Adams spoke in support of item. <br />• Jonathan Gibson spoke in support of item. <br />• Isuri Ramos on behalf of the Kennedy Commission, spoke in support of item. <br />• A motion was made by Councilmember Solorio; seconded by Councilmember <br />Sarmiento with comment.
