2. Adopt a resolution. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2015-026 TO EFFECT CERTAIN CHANGES TO THE CITY'S BASIC CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN 3. Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the Santa Ana Police Management Association (SAPMA) for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021, regarding wages and other terms of conditions of employment (Agreement No. 2019-XXX).
