warranty repair. Should include site visits as requested by the City to look at <br />defects or imperfection to determine if it is a warranty issue. <br />The city reserves the right to add or reduce some of the above tasks and duties as it sees <br />fit. The consultant, serving as staff extension, shall remain sufficiently flexible to meet <br />the needs of the City and of the project. <br />City Responsibilities: <br />I.
