The objective of our staffing plan is to take full advantage of our local project resources. Rates will be maintained for the contact period. Excluded from Rates Trailer rental costs, installation of utilities, cost of utilities, cost of sanitary services, broadband 1 high speed connections, janitorial, and furniture.
