(3) Incurs a covered total loss; we will pay the greater of: (a) The actual cash value, as determined by us, of Clio damaged or stolen property as of the time of the total loss; or (b) The outstanding indebtedness under the initial finance agreement for Clio covered Auto and its equip- ment.
