EXHIBIT B PRICING SCHEDULE Compensation: This is a firm fixed price Contract between the Orange County Fire Authority and the City of Santa Ana (City) for as -needed maintenance and repair services to OCFA Heavy Duty and Light Duty vehicles and apparatus, as set forth in Exhibit A - Scope of Work. The City agrees to accept the specified compensation as set forth in this Contract as full remuneration for performing all services and furnishing all staffing, labor, and materials required, for any reasonably unforeseen difficulties which may arise or be encountered in the execution of the services until acceptance, for risks connected with the services, and for performance by the City of all Its duties and obligations hereunder, The City shall only be compensated as set forth herein below for work performed in accordance with the Scope of Work, Fees and Charges: Payment shall be made In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. A, Hourly Labor Rate: The prices stated below shall include all cost associated with the service specifled including: shop materials, supervision, labor, transportation, delivery, etc, Scheduled Maintenance & repairs performed on -site at Cltys facility: 1. Heavy Apparatus Labor rate: $ 115 per hour 2. Light Duty (less than 10,000 GVW): $ 90 per hour 1. Heavy Apparatus Labor rate: $_ 135 per hour 2.
