Compliance with applicable ales regarding approval, planning, and reporting of conferences, meetings, trainings, and <br />other evens <br />The recipient, and any subrecipient ("subgrantee') at any tier, meet comply with all applicable laws, reguluumes, <br />pulitam, and ufircial DOJ guidance (including specific cost limits, prior approval and reporting requirements, where <br />applicable) governing the use of federal funds for expenses related to conferences (as that term is defined by DOJ), <br />including the provision of food and/or beverages at such cuiderm cos, and costs ofauendanee a[ such conferences. <br />Information on the pertinent DOl def rition of conferences and the miss applicable to this award appears in the 0O1 <br />Grams Financial Guide (currently, as section 3.10 of "Postaward Requirements" in the "2015 DOJ Grants Financial <br />Guide"). <br />12. Requirement for data on performance and effectiveness under the award <br />The recipient mast collect and maintain data that measure the performance and effectiveness of work under this award. <br />The data must be provided to OJP in the reamer (including within the timefiames) specified by OR in the progran <br />solicicadon orodrer applicable written guidance. Data collection supports compliance with the Government <br />Performance and Results Act (GPRA) and the GPRA Modernization Act of 2010, and other applicable laws. <br />13, OJP Training Guiding principles <br />Any training or training materials that the recipient -- or any subrecipient (" subgrantee") at any tier --develops or <br />delivers with OJP award funds most adhere W the 011` Training Cuidiag Principles for Ormtem and Subgranlees, <br />available at baps:/,rojp.gov/funding/ojptrainingguidmgprinoipks.htm. <br />14. Effect of failure an address audit issues <br />The recipient understands and agrees that theDO1 awarding agency (OJP or OV W, as appropriate) may withhold <br />award funds, or may impose other related requirements, if (as determined by the DOJ awarding agency) the recipient <br />does cot satisfactorily and promptly address outstanding issum from audits required by the Part 200 Untform <br />Requirements (or by the terms of this award), or other outstanding issues that arise in connection with audits, <br />investigations, or reviews of DO1 awards. <br />15.
