Historic Property Preservation Agreements <br />November 5, 2019 <br />Page 2 <br />The Sorenson -Spielman House — An existing one-story English Revival style residence that <br />is approximately 1,261 square feet on a 7,300-square-foot residential lot. The home was <br />added to the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties in 2009 and categorized as <br />"Contributive." The details of the property and structure(s) are as described in the attached <br />HRC staff report dated October 3, 2019 (Exhibit 2). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed project is exempt from <br />further review.
