MOTION: <br />a) Adopt a resolution. A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2019-10 AS <br />CONDITIONED TO ALLOW THE SALE OF DISTILLED SPIRITS FOR ON -PREMISE <br />CONSUMPTION AT MARISCOS HECTOR #1 RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 1801 <br />SOUTH MAIN STREET, UNITS D AND E with following added conditions: (1) <br />Replace the existing storefront with a soundproof installation prior to release of <br />the Type 47 ABC license; and, (2) Conduct a six month review of the CUP. <br />b) Continue consideration of Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-11 (after-hours) until <br />April 27, 2020. <br />60A-42 <br />
