Section 2. The four (4) City owned parking garages are comprised of the <br />following locations: <br />A Third St. and Broadway (3 levels - 440 Spaces) <br />B. Fifth St. between Bush St. and French St. (4 levels - 700 spaces) <br />C. Third St. and Birch St. (5 levels - 400 spaces) <br />D. Fifth St. and Main St. (7 levels - 400 spaces) <br />Section 3. A maximum two (2) hour free parking grace period shall apply to the <br />parking rate schedules established for parking garage facilities described in Section 2, <br />subsections, A, B, C, and D. <br />Section 4. The City Manager shall have the authority, through a written <br />memorandum to the City Council, to adjust the duration, up to two (2) hours, and <br />schedule for implementing parking rate free grace period time applicable to each <br />individual parking garage facility from time to time based on the City's best interest. <br />Section 5. If there are any conflicts between the parking rate free grace <br />period(s) adopted in this Resolution or authorized to be amended by this Resolution and <br />any parking rates adopted by prior resolution or policy, the parking rate free grace <br />period(s) adopted in this Resolution or authorized to be amended by this Resolution <br />shall take precedence. <br />Section 6. The non -parking rate free grace period provisions as set forth in <br />Resolution No. 2015-038 shall otherwise remain in full effect. <br />Section 7. This Resolution, upon its adoption by City Council shall take effect <br />on December 1, 2019, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote <br />adopting this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 5TH day of <br />2019. <br />Pulidb, Mayor <br />Resolution No. 2019-104 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
