The proposed project details are located in the last section..... section 4. <br />There are some fundamental flaws which are being used by the Planning Department in order to "justify" the <br />position of the proposed project. Its easy to rationalize something if you really want to ..... and that is exactly <br />what is occurring on this project. <br />In your staff report the "facts" continue to be manipulated in order to rationalize this project. <br />
