A 450,000 square foot office <br />building would be valued at approximately $146,250,000 based on current valuations. <br />For a 450,000 sf. building, built today, property tax generated would be approximately $307,000 <br />per year for the City of Pasadena, $573,200 per year for the Pasadena Unified School District, <br />$573,000 for L.A. County and $186,400 for Pasadena City College.
