TheCity Council hereby waives notice of <br />said meetings as required by the government code. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Consistent with past practice, the City Council has cancelled the first meeting of the year, <br />election night, anda meeting during the summer months. If the City Council cancels any <br />regularly scheduled meeting, they will resume consideration of agendaitems at their next <br />regular scheduled meeting. The City Council reserves the right to cancel any other meetings <br />and notify the public as legally required. <br />The 2020Master Calendarand agendas forall regular and special meetings will be posted on <br />the City's website at: https://www.santa-ana.org/cc/city-meetings.City Council Meetings are <br />typically held in the Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Anaand Council Committee <br />meetings at City Hall, Ross Annex, Room 1600, Santa Ana or as otherwise noted on the <br />agenda. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN <br />Approval of this agreement allows us to meet Goal #5. Community Health, Livability, <br />Engagement & Sustainability, Objective#1(Establish a comprehensive community engagement <br />initiative to expand access to information and create opportunities for stakeholders to play an <br />active role in discussing public policy and setting priorities). <br /> <br />
