RECEIVE AND FILE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY QUARTERLY PROJECT STATUS <br />AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM REPORT FOR JULY THROUGH <br />SEPTEMBER 2019 {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 1} – Public Works Agency <br /> <br />The CIP Executive Summary Schedule is available on the City’s website at <br />https://www.santa-ana.org/pw/capital-improvement-project-schedule/ <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive and file the Public Works Agency <br />Quarterly Project Status and Capital Improvement Program Report for July through <br />September of 2019. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BUDGETARY MATTERS <br /> <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENTS <br /> <br />20A. APPROVE APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT AND AGREEMENT ACCEPTING A <br />GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $60,000 WITH GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF <br />ORANGE COUNTY FOR THE VETERANS’ EMPLOYMENT-RELATED <br />ASSISTANCE PROGRAM {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 2, 4} – Community Development <br />Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br /> <br />1. Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes). <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2020–062 - Recognizing Veterans’ <br />Employment-Related Assistance Program grant funds in the amount of $60,000 into <br />the Federal Grant-Indirect revenue account and appropriating the same amount into <br />the Veterans’ Employment-Related Assistance Program expenditure account. <br /> <br />2.
