Yes <br />As the table above demonstrates, when correct input parameters are used to model Project emissions, <br />the Project’s total GHG emissions exceed the SCAQMD efficiency threshold of 3.0 MT CO2e/SP/year, <br />thus resulting in a significant impact not previously assessed or identified in the Addendum. As a result, <br />an updated GHG analysis should be prepared in a Project-specific Addendum and additional mitigation <br />should be incorporated into the Project, such as those listed below. <br />SWAPE has received limited discovery regarding this project. Additional information may become <br />available in the future; thus, we retain the right to revise or amend this report when additional <br />information becomes available. Our professional services have been performed using that degree of <br />care and skill ordinarily exercised, under similar circumstances, by reputable environmental consultants <br />practicing in this or similar localities at the time of service.
