LS 9.23.19 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-41 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2019-26 AS <br />CONDITIONED FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOR ON - <br />SITE CONSUMPTION AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2019-27 TO <br />ALLOW AN ARTISAN/CRAFT PRODUCT MANUFACTURING USE FOR <br />NOBLE ALE WORKS RESTAURANT AND BREWERY LOCATED AT 501 <br />NORTH FRENCH STREET <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, <br />determines and declares as follows: <br />A. Stephen Miles, with Noble Ale Works ("Applicant"), is requesting approval <br />of Conditional Use Permit No, 2019-26 to allow the sale of alcoholic <br />beverages for on -site consumption and Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-27 <br />to allow an artisan/craft product manufacturing use for Noble Ale Works <br />Brewery located at 501 North French Street. <br />B. Santa Ana Municipal Code Sections 41-196 and 41-2007 require approval <br />of a conditional use permit for establishments wishing to sell alcohol for <br />on -premises consumption. <br />C. Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 41-2007 requires approval of a <br />conditional use permit;for artisan/craft product manufacturing businesses. <br />D. Pursuant to SAMC Section 41-638, the Planning Commission is <br />authorized to reviewand approve the conditional use permits for this <br />project as set forth by the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br />E. On September 23, 2019, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed <br />public hearing for Conditional Use Permit Nos. 2019-26 and 2019-27 <br />respectively. <br />F. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana has considered the <br />information and determines that the following findings, which must be <br />established in order to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-26 for the <br />sale of alcoholic beverages for on -site consumption, have been <br />established as required by SAMC Section 41-638: <br />1.
