Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on November 8, 2019 and <br />notices mailed and posted on said date. <br /> <br /> <br />1. TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2019-03 (COUNTY MAP NO. 2019-101) <br /> <br />LOCATION: 14 Civic Center Plaza (645 N. Ross Street and 333 W. Santa Ana <br />Boulevard <br /> <br />REQUEST: Filed by the County of Orange to allow the subdivision of one parcel into two <br />parcels. Parcel One will be 3.22 acres in size and will include a portion of Building 12 <br />(County Assessor’s Office) and all of Building 14 (Public Defender’s Office). Parcel Two <br />will be 4.25 acres in size and will include all of Building 10 (Hall of Administration) and a <br />portion of Building 12 (Clerk/Recorder’s Office). <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: The Planning Commission will consider whether the <br />proposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional <br />environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Guidelines, Section 15315 – Minor Land Divisions. This exemption allows for the minor <br />division of property if it is in an urbanized area, is in conformance with the General Plan <br />and Zoning, and consists of less than four lots. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a resolution. A RESOLUTION OF THE ZONING <br />ADMINISTRATOR OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL <br />MAP 2019-03 (COUNTY MAP NO. 2019-101) AS CONDITIONED TO SUBDIVIDE AN <br />EXISTING PARCEL INTO TWO LOTS AT 645 NORTH ROSS STREET AND 333 <br />WEST SANTA ANA BOULEVARD <br /> <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />
