beginning. <br />(b) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (d), the fee charged for <br />parking in any metered parking spaces in the parking meter district shall <br />be five cents ($0.05) for each three (3) minutes or one dollar ($1.00) per <br />hour. <br />(c) Parking Meter Zones. The following parking meter zones are hereby <br />created within the parking meter district as described in subsection (a): <br />(1) Willard Zone. The boundaries of the "Willard Zone" shall be as <br />follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northwest <br />corner of Broadway and Civic Center Drive; thence Northerly <br />in a direct line to the Northwest corner of Broadway and <br />Washington Avenue; thence Westerly in a direct line to the <br />Northwest corner of Flower Street and Washington Avenue; <br />thence Southerly in a direct line to the Northwest corner of <br />Civic Center Drive and Flower Street; thence Easterly in a <br />direct line to the Northwest corner of Broadway and Civic Center <br />Drive the point of the beginning. <br />(2) Midtown Zone. The boundaries of the "Midtown Zone" shall be <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the Easterly prolongation of <br />the North line of Eighth Street and the Northerly prolongation of the East <br />line of French Street; thence Westerly in a direct line to the Northeast <br />corner of Spurgeon Street and Eighth Street; thence Northerly in a <br />direct line to the Northeast corner of Washington Avenue and Spurgeon <br />Street; thence Westerly in a direct line to the Northeast corner of Bush <br />Street and Washington Avenue; thence Northerly in a direct line to the <br />Northeast corner of Seventeenth Street and Bush Street; thence <br />Westerly in a direct line to the Northeast corner of Main Street and <br />Seventeenth Street; thence Northerly in direct line to the intersection <br />of the Easterly prolongation of the South line of Buffalo Avenue and <br />Northerly prolongation of the East line of Main Street; thence Westerly <br />in direct line to the Southwest corner of Main Street and Buffalo Avenue; <br />thence Southerly in a direct line to the Northwest corner of Seventeenth <br />Street and Main Street; thence Westerly in a direct line to the <br />Northwest corner of Broadway and Seventeenth Street; thence <br />Southerly in a direct line to the Northwest corner of Broadway and Civic <br />Center Drive; thence intersection of the Easterly prolongation of the <br />North line of Eighth Street and Northerly prolongation of the East line <br />of French Street, the point of the beginning. <br />Ordinance No. NS-2978 <br />Page 4 of 9 <br />
