Buyer and Seller hereby instruct escrow holder NOT to prorate property taxes or pay <br />the 2nd Half 2008/2009 taxes as the Buyer, the Revdevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana is a public <br />agency and exempt from paying property tax. <br />Escrow Holder will be not be held responsible and/or liable for collection or payment of said taxes or any late fees <br />- <br />that may be imposed.
