Carvalho <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Daisy Gomez <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2015-239, entered into by Graffiti Protective <br />Coatings, Inc., and the City of Santa Ana, dated November 1, 2015, the time period of the <br />Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period, from November 1, 2019 <br />through October 31, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $1,072,000.00 for the same period. The <br />insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
