Section 2: The Master Salary Schedule was previously prepared, publically <br />available, and compiled from information that was already approved and adopted by the <br />City Council pursuant to previous Resolutions Amending and/or Restating the City's <br />Classification and Compensation Plan, employment agreements, and Memorandums of <br />Understanding with various labor organizations representing City employees. <br />Section 3: The City of Santa Ana now desires to formally affirm, adopt and <br />approve the City's "Master Salary Schedule" attached hereto as Exhibit "A" to this <br />Resolution. <br />Section 4: This Resolution is operative from and after the date upon which it is <br />adopted. The effective dates of the pay ranges for each title and job category identified in <br />the Master Salary Schedule are indicated therein. <br />ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 2019, <br />Miguel A.
