Carvalho <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Daisy Gomez <br />Pursuant to Section 49 of Exhibit "I" ("Option to Renew") of Agreement No. A-2018-212 entered into by <br />Rio Vista West, LLC and the City of Santa Ana, dated July 1, 2018, the time period of said Agreement is <br />hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period, from November 1, 2019 to October 31, 2020. In <br />addition, as provided under Section 49, rent shall be based upon Option 1 ($2,700 per month). The insurance <br />certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
