Propose a method of receiving completed forms electronically from <br />the City by the firm, if one is available. <br />8. Electronically provide monthly reports of ambulance & paramedic <br />billing and collection services. <br />9. Propose any informational or reporting enhancements the company is <br />capable of providing. Example: secure web -based access to reports <br />and records under this contract by the City. <br />10. Proposers are encouraged to provide additional innovative, value - <br />adding features and/ or services, and/ or creative approaches for <br />providing the service that will maximize efficient, cost-effective <br />operations or increased performance capabilities. <br />E. Statement of Qualifications: <br />The information requested in this section shall describe the qualifications of <br />Proposer, key staff, and sub -contractors performing projects within the past <br />five (5) years that are similar in size and scope to demonstrate competence <br />to perform these services. The Proposal must be submitted using the format <br />as indicated in the Proposal Format Guidelines. Each Proposal shall be <br />prepared simply and economically, avoiding the use of elaborate promotional <br />material beyond those sufficient to provide a complete, accurate and reliable <br />presentation. City reserves the right to reject, replace and approve any and <br />all subcontractors and key staff. All subcontractor(s) shall be identified in the <br />response to the RFP.
