Authorize the funding of eighteen (18) police officer positions previously <br />unfunded within the General Fund for an approximate annualized cost of <br />$2,700,000. This amount includes the partial year funding of $1,312,500 <br />proposed in action item #2. <br /> <br />2. Approve appropriation adjustments. (Requires five affirmative votes). <br /> <br />a.
